Peter Holderith is one of The Drive’s staff writers. He enjoys covering the regular news cycle, writing reviews, and hunting down long features on obscure pieces of automotive history. He’s from northern New Jersey but currently lives in New England.

EXPERIENCE
Holderith started work at The Drive as he ended college and the pandemic began in 2020. Since then, he’s written features about everything from finding Ford’s long-lost turbine-powered semi-truck, “Big Red,” to a group of Russian Offroaders crossing 2000 miles of Siberia in home-built 4x4s. He’s interviewed the crew chief of an SR-71 Blackbird, gotten sick from acceleration in a Tesla Model S Plaid, and driven one of GM’s legendary Futurliners.
EDUCATION
Holderith graduated from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University), with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design in 2020.
